Each session is tailored to your nervous system and body’s needs. Deep presence, pacing, intuitive support, and permission to be as you are. We move through the fascia and meet whatever is held within.

My style is a combination of deep tissue, pressure point release, Kahuna type movements and continuous flow. Remedial as well as sacred.

I have supported hundreds of women over the past 15years+ with deep attachment wounds, mother line and generational patterns, sexual trauma, fertility, womb healing, postpartum, pregnancy loss, stillbirth, and those yearning to be nurtured the way they nurture others.

Two hours is recommended for the first session, as it can take a moment for the body and system to drop in. 3 hr ceremony available upon request.

A deep session blending nervous system support, Internal Family Systems work, energy attunement, and intuitive talk-based therapy. I draw on a wide toolkit — including somatic processing, psychotherapy, emotional coaching, and intuitive reading — to hold you through whatever you’re navigating.

These sessions often look like a hybrid between counselling, ceremony, and body-based inquiry. You may find yourself lying down, breathing, sounding, or gently moving (if able) as we explore what’s surfacing in your system.

Ideal for CPTSD, grief, burnout, heartbreak, nervous system dysregulation, transitions, identity shifts, or simply needing to be deeply witnessed. If traditional talk-therapy is tricky or you tend to intellectualise, these sessions can be especially helpful.
